What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number and business name when you sign up; the business records you enter; and basic technical logs (IP address, sign-in times) to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

To run your account, confirm payments, send you service emails (such as password resets and payment receipts), and help you when you contact support.

Who can see it

Only people you add to your account. Our support staff open an account only when needed to help you, and every such access is logged.

How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, separation of every business's data, limits on repeated sign-in attempts and regular backups.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. If you ask us to close it, we delete your business records within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
