The service

Hisab is business management software run by ByteCrops. You use it in a web browser to record sales, purchases, stock, money and staff for your business.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. To continue, pay for a plan by the methods shown in the app. A plan runs for the month or year you paid for. If a plan ends, your account becomes read-only; we do not delete your data because a payment is late.

Your data

The business records you enter belong to you. You can export them at any time. We do not sell them or use them for anything other than running the service for you.

Fair use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to attack the service, or to access another customer's account. We may pause accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own exports of important records.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time by writing to hossainabir1069@gmail.com.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
